For students^

Total ₹ 300/-* ( all inclusive including GST)

For IIT Kharagpur faculty and non faculty

Total - ₹500 (all inclusive including GST)

For other stakeholders

(application fee (₹ 300/-) + registration fee (₹ 3540/-)

Total - ₹ 3840/-* (inclusive of GST) for all attendees.

To guarantee your attendance, kindly complete the registration process prior to the designated deadline on 1st March, 2024 (Friday) subject to availability; registrations may close earlier

^ Students currently enrolled in school/ UG courses / PG courses / Full-time Research scholars from any educational institutions must possess valid ID cards.

* The application and registration fees are non-refundable.

Steps for registeration

  • Click on the Register now button; the page will redirect to the Continuing Education Programme (CEP, IIT Kharagpur) website.
  • Sign up on the CEP website by verifying your email ID and phone number.
  • Navigate to the conference section on CEP website and find the conference titled "Nishkama Seva in Different School of Indic Thought Alternate Models for Mainstream Social Work (Programme ID:IIT/CEP/CON/CON/2023-2024/KS/97)"
  • Click on 'apply now.'
  • Fill out the application form, ensuring that all required details are provided. Submit the form by filling only the fields marked with a star; additional fields can be left blank.
  • Complete the application fee payment process through the provided secure payment gateway (₹ 300/-).
  • After the application, selected candidates will receive an email of approval from ERP as well as from the seminar organizing team within 2 working days.
  • Upon approval, proceed with completion of registration process on CEP website and pay the registration fees (₹ 3540/-).

Please note that registration to the seminar is available only through online mode.

We kindly request participants to send an email notification along with a screenshot of registration receipt on seminar@iks.iitkgp.ac.in upon completing the registration form.

What is included in registration?

  • Access to all seminar sessions and an E-Certificate of Participation **.
  • Refreshments and lunch across both days of seminar ( 2nd and 3rd of March, 2024) will be provided.
