Guidelines and format
Abstracts must align with the poster themes.
Abstracts can be submitted in either English or Hindi.
Abstracts should be a maximum of 150-250 words, excluding title and author information. Include 4 to 6 keywords that succinctly represent the key aspects of your research.
Please submit abstracts in PDF format, employing Times New Roman 12 font size, double-spacing, and maintaining one-inch margins on all sides.
The content should be concise, providing a clear summary of research objectives, methods, results, and recommendations.
Review and confirm all authorship details and affiliations carefully before submission.Changes to authors, author order, or affiliations will not be considered after submission.
Review process and acceptance notification
All abstracts will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by experts.
Submit your poster abstract by the specified deadline of February 25, 2024
Shortlisted authors will be notified of the review outcome by February 27, 2024 via an email.
E-Posters of shortlisted authors should be submitted by the specified deadline of February 29,
2024
Please ensure to print your poster in AO size, which measures 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm (33.1
inches x 46.8 inches).
Be sure to include the main title, names of author co-authors, the affiliation(s) and the
email address of the corresponding author.

The designated poster presenter (author or coauthor) must be present at the assigned
space during the designated time to discuss the work presented.
Tips for presentation

Opt for charts and high-resolution photos instead of large tables for better data
representation.
Include only essential information to enhance impact.
Use handouts as needed to complement your poster and ensure a logical flow of ideas.
Maintain uniform margins and line spacing, avoid handwritten posters, and conduct
readability tests for an optimal presentation.
