We recommend all registered participants to arrange their travel, accommodation, and meals* for the two-day seminar. For added convenience, on-campus lodging (at IIT Kharagpur) is available at the following guest houses.
Technology guest house (TGH)
- Single Sharing: 1500+12%GST (per day)
- Double Sharing: 2000+12%GST (per day)
Sir Ashutosh Mukherjee (SAM) guest house
- Single Sharing: 500 (Inclusive of GST) (per day)
- Double Sharing: 600 (Inclusive of GST) (per day)

- Please note that submission doesn't guarantee accommodation; reservations are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Your early booking is appreciated for a more comfortable stay.
- Please note that all protocols and payments shall be directly between the registered participants and the guest house authorities.
- Confirmation of accommodation acceptance by the guest house will be conveyed by seminar organizers via email within 3-5 working days.
- Regrettably, no TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be provided to any participant.
* Lunch and tea refreshments during the seminar days are included in the registration fees.
